We design and have undertaken a series of research projects to examine patterns of infection and to construct a theory of causation in medico-legal challenges.

The use of sensitive molecular techniques together with a scientific/forensic approach gives a basis to support a legal challenge and supply evidence for or against exposure and risk.

We welcome discussion with legal representatives and will make a reasoned assessment of the prospects of any investigation.
